Dear (a) artist

The Venice Biennial of Bogotá appreciates your interest to attend the briefings.
We are very interested in addressing their concerns and suggestions.

The next step is the Registration Officer to be held on Friday 15 and Saturday
September 16, 2006 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Be held at the secretariat of the District Community Hall
Venice - Diagonal 49 No. 53-02 Sur.

Registration fee is $ 20,000 (individual participation) $ 30,000
(groups of two members) and $ 50,000 for groups of three or more members.

What to deliver?

1. The technical specs of the work (Author (s), title, technique, dimensions)
2. A page (or maximum 2) with project justification
3. A summary version of the resume
4. At least 3 images (maximum 5) on the project (two and three dimensional)
For video, performance or processual works, a DVD of more than 15 minutes.
5. A proposal for a workshop or conference (minimum 2 sessions)
Suggested theme, target audience, duration, materials needed etc..
6. Assembly diagram or list installation tips.

ALL THIS MUST BE INCLUDED ON A CD SO, AS IN A HARD COPY
7. Form (the Biennale team will deliver the days of registration) with an ID card, photo and fingerprint.

Registration will be in accordance with the attendance record at previous meetings.

If you are not in this record, can not participate.
